On Saturday June 1st embark on a musical voyage with Symphony d’Oro as we explore the vibrant sounds of Spain, Cuba, and Mexico. The concert will open with the premiere of Symphony Serenade, a new documentary about Symphony d'Oro and and its musical mission in Rancho Cordova.

Then let the Symphony serenade you with beautiful Latin favorites, including Manuel De Falla's Nights in the Gardens of Spain, which will transport you to sun-kissed courtyards and fragrant gardens, and features piano soloist and audience favorite Carlos MacMillan Fuentes. AndalucĂa Suite includes a tapestry of soulful melodies and vibrant rhythms from Spain. And experience the premiere of a new arrangement of Sahuaro, a fiery dance piece by young Mexican composer Nubia Jaime Donjuan.

Join the Symphony for this delightful concert, which is free, informal, family-friendly, and full of the joy of music.
